NuBryte Announces Its Voice Controlled Smart Home with Google Home Integration

Google Home, with its voice activated speaker, is designed for hands-free help from the Google Assistant to make everyday tasks easier, while also controlling other smart home products.

With this newest collaboration, NuBryte homeowners will enjoy voice control capabilities to manage their home’s smart lighting. Users can simply say “Ok Google” to seamlessly interact with their NuBryte connected lights to turn their lighting on/off, dim, or brighten. Looking to control several room’s lights at once, hands-free? Simple. Users can group rooms together to turn all the lights off at once, or control lights for each room individually using voice commands.

NuBryte was hand-selected by Google to become an early-access partner to the Direct Action API, developed for customers to interact with compatible smart home devices through the Google Assistant. One of only a dozen partners to begin with, NuBryte’s integration with the Google Assistant coincides with Google I/O, the company’s annual developer conference and showcase starting Wednesday 17 May, 2017.
